Fitness and nutrition guidance

Guidance is informational and is not medical diagnosis or treatment. Stop an activity and seek qualified help when pain, injury, illness, or another health concern requires it.

Your account

You are responsible for protecting account access and for activity performed through your account. Do not attempt to access another person’s data or interfere with the platform.

Subscriptions

Available plans, renewal timing, cancellation, and access periods are shown during checkout and inside your subscription page.

Service availability

AI providers, food databases, payment services, and hosting systems may occasionally be unavailable. The platform will show an error or reference ID when possible so support can investigate.
