What the platform stores

Account and profile details, coaching preferences, workout and nutrition logs, progress records, conversation history, subscription state, and technical diagnostics needed to keep the service reliable.

How it is used

Data is used to authenticate you, create and adapt plans, calculate progress, save your history, process subscriptions, investigate failures, and improve security.

Technical logs

Server logs may contain request IDs, event names, response categories, and technical failure details. Passwords, API keys, full prompts, payment-card details, and private message content are not intentionally written to structured application logs.

Your choices

Contact support for access, correction, or deletion requests. Some records may need to be retained where legally or operationally required.
